Questions before your first visit?

A few things you might be wondering.

How do I make an appointment?

Call (928) 491-4911 or request an appointment online. Our team will follow up during office hours to arrange a time and confirm your visit.

Do you take my dental insurance?

Call with your insurance information, and we’ll help check your benefits and explain how they may apply to your visit. We can also help you understand estimated out-of-pocket costs before treatment.

What if I don’t have insurance?

You’re welcome here. Our in-house membership is $215 per year. Call and we’ll walk you through what’s included.

What if I’m nervous—or haven’t been to the dentist in years?

You don’t need to apologize. Tell us what’s on your mind, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll listen, explain what we’re doing, and give you room to ask questions.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a photo ID, your dental insurance information if you have it, and a current list of medications. If you have recent dental records or X-rays, ask our team whether they’d be helpful before your appointment.

Can I come in for a toothache or broken tooth?

Call us and describe what’s happening. Our team will help you arrange the next available appointment. Please call rather than send an online request when you need prompt attention.

Will I know the cost before treatment?

We’ll explain the recommended treatment and estimated costs before you decide. If insurance is involved, your final share may depend on how your plan processes the claim.

Ready to schedule?
